BIO
Paul Cowell is a chartered landscape architect, a registered member of the society of garden designers (SGD) and a full landscape contracting member of the British association of landscape industries (BALI) with more than 30 year’s experience. He has built several gardens at RHS Chelsea and Hampton court, winning five national BALI awards. A former BALI National chairman, Lecturer, Paul sits on the panel for BALI standards and the RHS sustainability think tank, he has been an RHS judge for 10 years.
