Biodiversity made simple
Joe’s Blooms was founded in February 2022 to help small property developers comply with the new ‘Biodiversity Net Gain’ (BNG) regulations and to accommodate Local Authorities’ BNG requirements. Our digital service provides SME clients with an online platform, where they are guided through the BNG process. By taking details about their project and site, we help the user determine if they are a ‘small site’; whether they have a ‘competent person’ on their team; facilitate a legislation-compliant site survey; engage with key stakeholders; collate information about their site, and then aid with the accurate filling in of the biodiversity metric and the production of a best-in-class ‘Biodiversity Gain Plan’ (BGP), all while incorporating the local authorities’ needs into every stage of the user journey.
